We want to show you how your body works and moves, how your breathing affects your movement and how correct alignment affects your wellbeing and core strength.

Pilates teaches you to move and breathe more freely and powerfully in your daily activities, resulting in less pain. Pilates is a demanding low-impact exercise method that aligns the body, fine-tunes movement patterns, and strengthens the deeper muscles of the core.
Personal and Duo Training
We offer in-person or online classes and each is tailored to your needs and capabilities.
Mat Training
The Mat is the Method and we do follow the classical order. It is the most challenging part of the Pilates Method.
Equipment Training
These sessions include traditional Pilates training on equipment such as the Reformer, the Cadillac and the Wunda Chair.
Functional Training
Exercise designed to relieve neck, shoulder, lower back, hip and knee pain.
